Dario Martinez

Dario Martinez is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Colmado Technologies. A graduate of the University of Miami Herbert Business School, Dario developed his professional foundation through investment banking roles at Wells Fargo, Two Roads Advisors, and Arcadia Capital, where he worked on transactions across technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT). Through his work with software companies and technology-enabled businesses, he gained firsthand exposure to how data, automation, and analytics can transform operational decision-making.

Growing up in a Dominican family with deep ties to neighborhood grocery stores and spending much of his formative years in the Bronx provided a unique perspective on the challenges independent store owners face every day. Those experiences inspired the creation of Colmado, combining his professional experience in finance and technology with a personal mission: bringing modern software solutions to independent grocers and empowering communities that have historically been underserved by the technology industry.
